By downloading, installing, or using SpeakEasier ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SpeakEasier is an AI-powered texting assistant that helps users craft replies and messages. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested text based on user input. All generated content is a suggestion only — you are solely responsible for any messages you choose to send.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 17 years old to use the App.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

SpeakEasier offers a free trial period and paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SpeakEasier to:

• Generate harassing, abusive, or threatening content
• Deceive, defraud, or impersonate others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the AI systems

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by SpeakEasier is produced by AI and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your situation. You should review all generated content before sending it. SpeakEasier is not responsible for any consequences arising from messages you send using content generated by the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The SpeakEasier app, its design, and underlying technology are owned by SpeakEasier and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you input into the App remains yours. Generated replies are provided for your personal use.

8. Limitation of Liability

SpeakEasier is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakEasier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
